Synergy Resolution Services is a real estate owner and services firm that works with banks and other real estate lenders to help them resolve their non-performing real estate loans and REO assets.  Synergy’s approach is to help lenders by buying commercial and residential assets or advising lenders and managing assets on a third-party basis.

The Synergy team’s vast experience has prepared it to acquire, manage and sell these assets in order to achieve significant market returns for investors and the company.  Synergy Resolution Services will take advantage of its early successes, growing pipeline, strong capital relationships and prime market timing to acquire and resolve these assets. 

The company has closed on the acquisition of numerous portfolios of assets over the last several years and is currently in varying stages of negotiation with a number of lenders for the purchase and management of other high profile commercial and residential assets.  Work on Synergy’s current portfolio of assets has allowed the team to perfect its due diligence, acquisition and execution processes. Based on the current team, and the network of real estate professionals that Synergy can access on short notice, the company is prepared to work on asset opportunities of varying sizes and product type.  Geographically, Synergy is currently focused on the Southeastern United States with the capability to expand quickly to the Southwest and Mid-Atlantic states. 

Synergy has had success in negotiating with lenders and owners for off-market transactions where other investors have failed. The company’s Principals have built solid relationships with many lenders over the years.  Synergy views and treats these transactions as real estate transactions, whereas many others approach them as financial engineering transactions. The combination of relationships and approach provides the company with an edge toward negotiated opportunities (i.e., “off-market” deals) rather than pursuing competitively bid opportunities on widely marketed transactions.

Synergy’s Principals have years of experience in each of the key real estate disciplines – development, finance, operations, property management, leasing, sales & marketing and engineering. The combination of these skills into one team inspired the name “Synergy”. When lenders become aware of Synergy’s collective expertise compared to the organization they would have to build internally to manage their own assets, they quickly recognize we are the type of company that can help whether they want to sell assets or engage an advisor and asset manager.
