Synergy’s Investment Management is focused on cultivating real estate investment opportunities in the Southeast, from Washington DC to Texas. Our primary focus is on acquisitions and dispositions, investment and equity placement, debt placement and repositioning opportunities, giving our clients the ability to capitalize on unique market opportunities. We have extensive experience with all real estate product types and we are constantly updating our market knowledge through our deep and broad network of relationships.
Synergy’s Principals have established relationships in all of these major markets and we constantly see acquisition opportunities before or when they come to market. We analyze the trends in each market to identify those properties that are not yet on the market, but are strong candidates for a transaction. We are constantly in contact with a variety of debt, mezzanine and equity capital sources in order to be prepared to place the right capital source with the right transaction.
Our focus is on a select client base with defined acquisition or disposition parameters. We then seek properties that meet each client’s specific goals. In certain cases a client may desire to sell a property without going to market to avoid the public, lenders and others being aware of the marketing effort. In those cases, Synergy can quickly determine the most likely universe of buyers and can divest the asset in a private transaction. Synergy also offers an investment pool vehicle that allows our investors to combine assets, taking advantage of market opportunities that may not otherwise be available to an individual investor.
We have over 70 years experience in capital transactions, having acquired over 30 companies and numerous property acquisitions, from multi-family to retail properties to high rise office. We have a thorough understanding of the capital markets and have completed many complex transactions with multiple investors/owners.
